Maximum Daily Loss is the maximum amount you are allowed to lose in a single trading day. It is used to control daily risk and protect your account from excessive losses. Depending on your account type, the daily limit is calculated according to the rules of that program and may include both closed losses and unrealized losses from open positions. If your account falls below the allowed daily limit, it will be considered in breach.
