What is the Minimum Trade Duration for Funded Accounts?
At Gold Edge Capital, the minimum trade duration for all funded and evaluation accounts is 5 minutes per trade.
For a trading day to be considered valid, each opened position must remain active for at least 5 minutes before being closed.
This rule ensures that all trades are executed thoughtfully and professionally, helping to prevent high-frequency or exploitative trading behavior while maintaining a realistic and sustainable trading environment.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in the invalidation of the trading day or disqualification from the evaluation or funded stage.
