At Gold Edge Capital, news trading is strictly prohibited on Instant Funding accounts during high-impact economic news events.
Traders may NOT open, close, or modify any position 5 minutes before, during, or 5 minutes after a high-impact (“red folder”) news release.
This rule applies at all times and covers:
Opening or closing trades
Stop loss or take profit modifications
Partial closes or position adjustments
High-impact news events are defined by official economic calendars such as Investing.com and ForexFactory.com.
Violations may result in trade invalidation, account penalties, or loss of funding.
